Frannie

Frannie is a Spartan 1.1 who was one of the few Spartan 1.1s Kevin Morales couldn't recruit for his Faction. According to him, "Frannie just doesn't give a damn."[1] The others include Guy and Darin.
Trivia
- Frannie might be referring to Frankie, an Ex-Bungie employee who was a major Bungie employee at the time.
