Frannie

Frannie is a Spartan 1.1 who was one of the few Spartan 1.1s Kevin Morales couldn't recruit for his Spartan 1.1 Faction. According to him, "Frannie just doesn't give a damn."[1] The others include Guy and Darin. Frannie might be an easter egg referring to Frankie, a Bungie employee.
