The Devotion was a Covenant vessel.
The ship was part of a Covenant group of ships that engaged UNSC forces. During the battle, Devotion was requested to cover Sacred Promise's dead zone. 20 minutes away from taking position, Devotion was unable to prevent Sacred Promise from being hit again and subsequently crashing into a nearby moon.
