Mack was in violation of this when he informed Wholesale Price's NAV computer about Harvest's Q4 projections. The NAV computer was about to report him for this violation when Mack inflicted an "unknown system error" to the computer, it temporarily shut down, and after a reboot had no memory of its communications with Mack.[1]
