Contrition

Contrition was a Covenant CAR-class starship. The ship sent a message to the UNSC object, UNSC Hermes II. The message was essentially a form of psychological warfare.[1] Due to its hull classification being identified as "DE", the Contrition may have been a destroyer escort.
