Move article to "Prime dragoon"

The article needs to be moved to avoid confusion with the Covenant term for keyships like the Anodyne Spirit. The talk page already redirects there, which makes this article hard to access and confusing to anyone who reads it. And there is a source (Warfleet) stating that "prime dragoon" is the correct terminology.
