Port Moyne was a human Town on the Outer Colony of Meridian. It was close to the village of Brume-sur-Mer.[1]

According to Evie Rousseau, Port Moyne wasn't much, but it was the biggest town next to Brume-ser-Mer.[1]

History
Early history
The town had a old bomb shelter that according to the official story was built at the start of the Human-Covenant War so rich tourists would be protected in the case of an attack, but rumors existed that it was older than that where it was used during the Insurrection by the Rebels the Sundered Legion.[1]
Concert
In 2548 a concert was played at the old bomb shelter the city. The concert was interrupted by a power failure before restarting again.[1]

Culture
Several people who lived at Port Moyne created musical bands. These bands played at concerts.[1]
