"Levies is the general name for masses of low-ranking Grunts", rather than the individual units in Halo Ground Command. It could be that each unit of Levies is actually a file. Its the equivalent of calling most Grunts conscripts. 124.149.117.79 23:49, 9 August 2016 (EDT)
- I've gathered the same thing. I don't think the levy is meant to be an organizational unit at all. Does anyone else have thoughts on the subject? --Our answer is at hand.
