The UNSC diver is an easter egg in Halo 5: Guardians.
Walkthrough
On the multiplayer map Fathom, there is an area in the center of the map where the player can fall into the water and encounter a kill barrier. In this small pool of water, there is the body of a UNSC diver wearing a yellow diving suit. The diving suit is also a spawnable object in the Forge mode of Halo 5: Guardians.
