When Fal refused to acknowledge the [[Covenant religion]], [[Unidentified Prophet (The Duel)|one of the]] [[Hierarchs]] ordered [[Haka]] to kill the Arbiter. Haka accomplished this by forcing Roh to kill Fal's wife, [[Han 'Chavamee|Han]]. Haka then killed Roh and left both bodies in Fal's home for him to find, prompting him to start a personal war against Haka's forces. This led to the eventual deaths of both Fal and Haka.
