Cutter is a UNSC Naval ship commander [1]. He plays a very prominent part in the upcoming Ensemble Studios game Halo Wars to an unknown degree. He is one of several leaders that you can choose from in Halo Wars. His unique unit is the Elephant and his power is the MAC Bombardment. He will be voiced by Michael Gough.Template:Fact
