The Robotic Rover is an automaton in use by the UNSC. A robotic rover, sometimes also referred to as a "Robotic Dolly" or "Service Drone", posesses minimun Artificial Intelligence capabilities. They can respond to basic verbal commands such as "Stop" or "Left" and "Right," but they are not otherwise interactive. They perform many various tasks. [1]

Robotic Rover: Essentially mobile cargo containers, rovers can carry up to several tons of ordinance, from weapons to metal alloys, anything they are loaded with.

Robotic Dolly: Rover designed especially for medical bays. Robotic dollies posses arms that can remove items from cold storage, and they carry medical supplies or even patients.

Service Drone: More advanced than standard rovers. They can perform complex engineering tasks, the same as the Engineers within the Covenant. They do not require verbal controls and can be activated via a ship's main computer. Frigates, such as the UNSC Gettysburg, have seven of these.
