The One Percent is an achievement in Halo: The Master Chief Collection. It is unlocked by killing 100 elites. The achievement is worth 5 gamerscore.
Trivia
The achievement's name is a reference to the slogan of the Occupy movement in its opposition to the top 1% earning "elites". A similarly titled challenge, "I Am The 99 Percent", can be found in Halo 4.
