We don't know how long he's left for. Its only been 5 days since he blocked himself, and in my opinion, I think it would be appropriate to wait a little longer before replacing him. In case anyone is unaware, [[user:Sannse|Sannse]] removed his admin access, but will restore it on request. Before the conversation, there was a 100% chance he was ''not'' going to return, and I think that I've leveled the odds to 75% chance he will return and 25% he will return...and if he does return, he'll probably do it sometime over the next wekk.
