Sometime during the Requiem campaign [[Fireteam Crimson]] was sent to eliminate him. The first time, while Crimson was engaging his forces in the area he escaped in a [[Type-44 Troop Carrier|Phantom]]. During the Covenant assault on [[Galileo Base]] he was sighted by [[UNSC Marine Corps|Marine]] forces in the area, but escaped shortly before Crimson secured the base. UNSC forces eventually tracked him to a base at a Forerunner structure, sending in Crimson to take him out. Crimson was able to kill him along with all his troops in the area.
