According to ''Halo: The Essential Visual Guide'', the UNSC ''Spirit of Fire'' (CFV-88) is armed with a MAC Gun, a Missile Delivery System, and a Point-Defense System. So it seems to me that this may be an older variant of the Point-Defense Guns, possibly similar to the Railgun batteries used on the Battlestar Galactica, though those were probably capable of firing at a much faster rate than these. Does anyone have any further information which might shed more light on this subject? [[User talk:Xamikaze330|Xamikaze330]] 12:51, 31 August 2011 (EDT)Xamikaze330

According to Halo: The Essential Visual Guide, the UNSC Spirit of Fire (CFV-88) is armed with a MAC Gun, a Missile Delivery System, and a Point-Defense System. So it seems to me that this may be an older variant of the Point-Defense Guns, possibly similar to the Railgun batteries used on the Battlestar Galactica, though those were probably capable of firing at a much faster rate than these. Does anyone have any further information which might shed more light on this subject? Xamikaze330 12:51, 31 August 2011 (EDT)Xamikaze330
