The Running Riot Medal is awarded for killing 10 opponents in a row without dying. It is available in all Multiplayer gametypes and has a Bungie difficulty rating of 7 out of 10[1]. It is represented by a gold 5-pointed star with a green target in the middle. In Halo: Combat Evolved, because there are no medals, if you kill ten opponents in a row without dying, you will still hear the announcer, and see "Running Riot!" in the upper right corner.
