The Reverence was a Covenant CPV-class heavy destroyer. At one point, likely during the Fall of Reach, the ship sent a taunting message to the crew of the UNSC Pillar of Autumn.[1]

In the promotional Transmissions for Halo: Combat Evolved featured on Bungie.net, the Reverence sent the first taunting message to the UNSC Pillar of Autumn.
