Assault rifle glitch
A few times I played this, there was be a Spartan armed with an assault rifle and Magnum, who showed up as an enemy on radar. Killing him counted as a betrayal, and him killing me did not cause me to change to a Flood. I've searched around and this has happened to a lot of other people as well.
