While I understand that his Warthog has a flag for a Light General, Black's epaulets clearly display 4 stars, which makes him O-10 or a full General Officer. Not certain as to the discrepancy. Perhaps he was recently promoted?
In any event, shouldn't we update him based upon the rank displayed on his uniform?
