Look at that thing: it's quite clearly the Gravemind. Along with having the Gravemind's signature teeth, it looks to be a depiction of the monster about to consume a planet. What other monsters do we know with giant mouths, distinctive teeth, have a habit of consuming planets and match Kwan's description so perfectly??? I think that the old lady, or whatever is using her form is actually a Forerunner AI, the one that set the Ha family on its path. It was mentioned in Inheritance, remember??? Either that or Halo has ghosts now!!! She seemed weird in Sanctuary too.
