I think it's safe to say that what was retrieved in Operation: WOLFE were the remaining cloned brains of Halsey. That's why those cryobins were the key to defeating Cortana because they could be used to create the only AI capable of stopping her. If you check the audio logs, this is more-or-less directly confirmed by Halsey. Sourcing those, I'd say this information definitely should be added to the page.BaconShelf (talk) 04:17, December 13, 2021 (EST)

Weapon's new name

As it was left completely open at the end of the game, it would be an assumption to prematurely name her, yes. Imagine all the editing that would have to be done here if the name was guessed wrongly.
