Our current knowledge of the world is constantly changing and expanding as we progress through time, thus we can say it is possible for the Pelican to achieve such feat with such propulsion system in the future. All we can do for now is speculate with concrete support/evidence... I would suggest getting someone with a degree in aerodynamics to explain it for us and show whether it's feasible. As for now, just hold off with the speculations. We've came into some trouble in the past with these speculations in articles and it resulted badly. So, please hold off these speculations.
