Speed Reader is perhaps the most difficult achievement in Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary. Players attempting to unlock the achievement must balance safety with expediency: dying eats up a lot of time, but moving slowly will also take too long. It is best to acquire a shotgun as soon possible, and utilize the M6D pistol for targets at a distance. Activating the Bandanna skull will give the player unlimited ammunition and, more importantly, unlimited grenades. These unlimited grenades will allow the player to sprint through trouble areas while spamming grenades behind them to kill any pursuing Flood, and also make it much easier to survive the sections where the player is forced to defend against waves of Flood while waiting for a door to open. With a little luck and no shortage of skill, a player should prevail.
