The UNSC Eminent Domain was a UNSC ship in service with the UNSC Navy during the Battle of Draetheus V.
Background
During the Battle of Draetheus V, Eminent Domain was able to outmaneuver Covenant forces in orbit over the moon and offer support by deploying ODSTs to the southern Mirror Flats.[1] The ship was destroyed a short time later, but not before it managed to destroy dozens of Type-25 Troop Carriers.[2]
Trivia
Eminent Domain is the power to take private property for public use by a state.
