He's really not notable enough to warrant his own page. He's {{mo}}, and never appears. We don't even know his name. Mentioning on Sergeant Bank's page that his death prompted his promotion ought to be enough. Per Tuckerscreator, I don't see how this unseen lieutenant is notable since there is no real content... other than that he was in charge of A company and that he died...— subtank 12:30, 22 September 2012 (EDT)
