| [[Edward Davis|Spartan Davis]] and four [[UNSC Marine Corps|UNSC Marines]] are standing on a platform that is overlooking site CF-32 in the canyon below. A {{Pattern|Dextro Xur|Spirit}} flies by underneath the platform. A [[Covenant drop pod]] containing two [[Unggoy Minor]]s lands nearby. After eliminating the first two Unggoy, several more begin attacking the Spartan and Marines on either side of the platform. A second drop pod, containing two more Unggoy Minors, lands to the left of the platform. In the canyon below, Spirits deploy [[Unggoy]] and [[Sangheili Minor]]s to attack site CF-32, while [[Type-26 Banshee]]s set the facility on fire. Davis and the Marines eventually eliminate the Unggoy surrounding the platform.

| Shortly after, a second Covenant drop pod lands on the left side of the platform, containing a single Sangheili Minor. The Minor is supported by a second Sangheili that also arrives on the left side. After a small firefight, Davis kills both Sangheili Minors.
