The Far Tower was a Covenant tower on the orbital city High Charity. It featured some Holo-Pedestals, a Gravity Lift, and three landing pads for Phantoms. This is where the Prophet of Truth boarded a Phantom to reach the Forerunner Ship and where the Prophet of Mercy was murdered by a Flood Infection Form. It was connected to the Mausoleum of the Arbiter by a solitary bridge.
The Far Tower was a tower in the Covenant holy city of High Charity. Its Covenant name is unknown; "Far Tower" is a UNSC colloquialism used in order to name it.

Description
The tower featured some holo-pedestals, a gravity lift and three landing pads for Phantoms and other craft. The tower was connected to the Mausoleum of the Arbiter by a solitary bridge. This is where the High Prophet of Truth boarded a Phantom to reach the Forerunner Dreadnought with his captives, Miranda Keyes and Sgt. Johnson.

The tower is also where the High Prophet of Mercy was attacked and killed by a Pod infector, then was abandoned by Truth and his Brute guards. Shortly afterward, a Pelican crashed onto the tower platform and Flood combat forms emerged from the wreckage, followed by Jiralhanae from a door to combat the newly arrived Flood.

It is certain that the Far Tower was destroyed along with the rest of High Charity at the end of the Human-Covenant War.

In Halo 2 It is the first location you appear in on the level High Charity. A pelican crashes and flood combat forms emerge from the wreckage, followed by Brutes from a door to combat the flood. This is also a place where Flood Juggernauts were supposed to spawn.
