The achievement is worth 10 [[Gamerscore]]. Though it can theoretically be unlocked on any difficulty, more points are awarded in [[campaign scoring]] when playing on higher difficulties.

==Tips==
Go on legendary and turn on Mythic, Famine, Tough Luck, and Thunderstorm skulls minimum. Get to one of the Warthogs driving around and get the marine driving out, then give that marine the Spartan Laser. Drive around the outside of the central area, pausing occasionally to let the Laser-wielding marine shoot when the weapon glows red. Destroy all the Covenant in the starting area. This should net you enough points to get the par score regardless of time taken, so just grab a Ghost once you're done and speed to the end.

*The name of the achievement is a reference to a line spoken in the level by [[Chips Dubbo]], who tells the [[Wounded Marine]], "''Careful. I think you just strained a metaphor.''"
*Before the release of [[Series 3: Recon]], players can earn significant points by destroying unoccupied Covenant vehicles as the game did not differentiate between piloted and empty vehicles; this was patched out of ''[[Halo 3: ODST]]'' on release of the aforementioned season.
