Commander C. Abbas is a Sedra Environmental Security commander in Sedra City.
Biography[edit]
Following a bioterrorist attack on Sedra in 2556, an Office of Naval Intelligence operative accessed the planet's database and hacked into the Sedra Environmental Security network using Abbas' credentials.[1]
