The Triumphant Declaration
The Triumphant Declaration is a Covenant Loyalist CCS-class Battlecruiser that was present during the Battle of Mare Erythraeum.[1]
Background
It is commanded by the Supreme Commander of the Fleet of Furious Redemption, Jiralhanae Chieftain Lepidus. Currently, it is in Cleveland, carrying James Ackerson as a prisoner of war.
