Toran was a UNSC AI construct. He was classified as a "dumb" AI, Toran was assigned to the Diplomatic Shuttle Han with Jacob Keyes and Dr.Catherine Halsey. He was assigned to the Han for its mission to Elysium City on Eridanus II, where they would see if a young boy was fit to become a Spartan-II. He was put to his maximum processing power by Dr.Halsey's constant orders.[1]
