Nothing can be said for individuals tasked with independent assignments outside of the program's command, especially when it concerns the fourth generation under ONI supervision prior to January 2553. SPARTAN-IV
Regarding this edit, it should be noted that we've only really observed SPARTAN-IV's in active units that went on to form the nucleus of Spartan Branch (Initiation). Nothing can be said for individuals tasked with independent assignments outside of the program's command, especially when it concerns the fourth generation under ONI supervision prior to January 2553.
