It has little to do with politics and more with internet culture (I predict a meme coming soon as a result of this).

The basic gist of SOPA/PIPA is to block any site that contains infringing property. Essentially, if you don't properly cite fair use/fair dealing, it counts as copyright infringement.

While SOPA has been put on hold temporarily, the PIPA bill is going full steam ahead. If it passes, The Pirate Bay and other torrent sites may be the first to be targeted. Depending on the final text of the bills, these sites may be blocked by ISPs, censored by search engines, and in some cases they may even lose their domain names.

Implement it secretly and see how many notice the change. :D

Scratch the previous messages. Let me figure out how to construct the infrastructure properly....

But there will be forum categories (confirmed ones would be General Discussion, Support Requests, and Haloverse) to make the forum run smoother. :)

The latter.

Did someone updated the the SocialTools extension? :)

No. It must be a link to the actual article. A perfect example would be water (attribution is given by placing a link to the original article from which the information is took, which in this case a link to the Wikipedia article). Legal stuff is very legal!!

Looks really nice! Perhaps a lighter blue for the login section? Make it blend with the background. :)

No way! Actually, my favourite academic novel would be Fahrenheit 451. :P

I don't know. I think it's best to avoid using it.

Look at this neat template I created! Would be nice to have it in Halopedia. :D

Well, I suggest telling whoever's in control of the bot to avoid substituting. :|

The reason why the template "failed" is because you forgot to remove <noinclude>. :P

I suggest not substituting, i.e. {{SUBTITUTE:}} with the actual template in the talk pages. Just link it, i.e. {{Welcome}}

Good. Now, to get that Wikipedia article... :P

p.s. I'm no longer an administrator, so I don't really have any saying in approving such important matters. ;)

Fifth attempt to get Halopedia on Wikipedia? All these major citations/sources should be sufficient to back it up. Discuss first with those involved on WikiProject Halo to avoid potential administrative interference. :)

Could you please remove the "Forum: Pictures Wanted" from the sitenotice? I think we got all the images we want. :)

Maybe without the target reticule, then it would be ok. :)

Couldn't be bothered anymore. :P

Just ask her why the cache in Halo.Wikia is suffering a lot of delay. Be subtle when mentioning Wikia's presumed-intentional doing in retaining the title (Halopedia). ;)
