A once underwater xeno-oceanographic research facility on the planet.

Formerly a Forerunner world and now a human colony, this planet came under the control of the Created, lead by the AI Cortana,[1] shortly after October 2558.[2] Scarred by wars both ancient and recent, the Created deemed the planet in need of significant alterations. Utilizing terraforming equipment, the Created is in the process of shifting continents and oceans based on carefully balanced benefit and drawback analyses of both limited extinction events and damage to the existing colonial infrastructure.[1]
