ONI ORDER 12.45-VD is an Office of Naval Intelligence order that protects certain memory files.[1]
Usage[edit]
Under ONI ORDER 12.45-VD several memory files related to Operation: BUMRUSH were restricted under ONI Security Directive M-98, requiring class 4 clearance to view them. These included files pertaining to interviews with Corporal Taylor Miles, Lance Corporal Kojo Agu, and Private First Class Michael Crespo.[1]
