Lucy Quinn was a human who listened to Benjamin Giraud's Hunt the Truth audio journal in 2558. After Giraud's entries ONI was spreading a false account about the Master Chief's origins, Quinn sent Giraud an email saying that she agreed the official stories were fabricated, but ultimately didn't matter. She told Giraud to end his investigation, as it would hinder the UNSC's and the Chief's efforts to defend humanity.[2]
