The Gigastaurozoa was an organism known to the Forerunners. Physically, the Gigastaurozoa resemble the Huragok, albeit with a significant difference in locomotion.[1] They were presumably very large staurozoa, stalked jellyfishes that attach themselves to rocks.[2]
