Film Oasis is a Los Angeles-based production company dedicated to producing innovative non-fiction films that reflect the diversity of the human spirit. The company was co-founded in 1999 by James McQuillan with extensive experience conceiving, producing, shooting and editing award-winning non-fiction television.
Film Oasis created the concept and design of the Limited Collector's Edition companion DVD for Halo 2. The company approached Microsoft's Bungie Studios with the idea, and the studio ran with it.
