Eric is one of Thin Kinkle's gang members who tried to defend Crystal Security from Janissary James and Gilly but, unfortunately, was severely overpowered. Under Jan's orders, he was left alive, but he was forced to be enlist in the UNSC, with the help of Durga.[1]
