During an unknown battle around an unidentified planet, the ''Commitment and Patience'' was requested by the ''[[Sacred Promise]]'' to provide it with [[Space fighter|fighter]] support. However a "projectile" hit ''Commitment and Patience'', and ruptured a fuel cell, instantly vaporizing the whole ship. An impact from the resulting explosion caused the ''Sacred Promise'' to lose its drive control, and descend into one of the planet's moons.{{Ref/Reuse|CftU}}


The ''Sacred Promise'' requested fighter support from ''Commitment and Patience''. However a "projectile" hit the vessel and ruptured a fuel cell, instantly vaporizing the whole ship. It is unknown what the vessels were engaging, but it is possibly a [[UNSC]] vessel with its [[MAC]] gun that destroyed the ship.

Commitment and Patience was a Covenant starship of unknown classification.[1]

History[edit]

During an unknown battle around an unidentified planet, the Commitment and Patience was requested by the Sacred Promise to provide it with fighter support. However a "projectile" hit Commitment and Patience, and ruptured a fuel cell, instantly vaporizing the whole ship. An impact from the resulting explosion caused the Sacred Promise to lose its drive control, and descend into one of the planet's moons.[1]
