A carnivorous plant was encountered by the joint UNSCSwords of Sanghelios task force during the Mission to Installation 00. The plant uses its roots to ensnare its prey, cutting these roots causes the plant pain. It resembled an oak tree but was much larger, had a vast array of branches, and had streaks of purple on its bark. On one side of the plant was a cluster of black and red eyelike protrusions. These plants have a black ooze for blood.[1]
