The Phelent-pattern Revenant's hull is based on older design templates, and modified to resemble the skull of the blood-lizard.[1]

The cara'kada blood-lizard is a creature native to worlds controlled by the Sangheili. The Phelent-pattern Revenant, manufactured by the Merchants of Qikost on the moon of Qikost, has a hull roughly modelled after the blood-lizard's skull.[1]
