Design details
The Rifle looks like a sniper-style weapon, however, it's mainly used for close-range combat. this weapon has two identical spikes on the front of the it, it also shoots orange projectiles despite having a green glow in the interior or that can be the siphon doing it's work.
It is unknown if the Tanks are required for the weapon to have the siphon working.
