Vice Admiral Alexander Reaves (Service Number 02864-95668-AR) is a flag officer in the UNSC Navy. In late 2552, he received an encrypted message from Admiral Roland Freemont, ordering him to reassign Spartan-II Team Black to Operation: BLOWBACK, a covert mission to Sub-Sector 35 in order to gather intelligence and sabotage Covenant vessels.[1]
