I did this on co-op, and my secondary account died, but my primary one survived the whole level and I didn't receive the achievement. Any help? -Guardax

In the tips level of this article, it says:

When playing in cooperative mode, if one of the players die, the player that manages to survive the entire level will be the only one to unlock achievement. So which is it?--Thijsbos 09:15, 29 December 2011 (EST)
