Cutter is a UNSC Naval ship commander [1]. He plays a very prominent part in the upcoming Ensemble Studios game Halo Wars to an unknown degree. He is one of several leaders that you can choose from in Halo Wars. His unique unit is the Elephant and his power is the MAC Bombardment. He will be voiced by Michael Gough.Template:Fact
Battle of Harvest
Cutter was captain of the UNSC Spirit of Fire during the ship's first engagement against the Covenant at the Battle of Harvest from 2525-2531.

- Only his faction is able to construct the UNSC Elephant.
