9th Marine Expeditionary Force

The 9th Marine Expeditionary Force is a UNSC Marine Corps unit [1]. The unit fought at the time of the Insurrection.

Captain Ponder was a member of the unit, before he failed in an attempt to negotiate with Insurrectionists and demoted to Captain.
