A bot is an automated or semi-automated account for making repetitive edits that would be extremely tedious to do manually.
Currently, Halopedia has two approved bots; GPTBot and MantiBot. They are run by Guesty-Persony-Thingy and Manticore, respectively.
Unauthorised bots are not permitted on Halopedia. A bot must have a bot flag, or be otherwise approved by the community, in order for it to run. Unauthorised bot accounts will be blocked.
If you would like to request bot status for your bot, use the talk page. If the community reaches consensus, a staffer will set the bot flag.
