BLACK WIDOW communications satellite

Template:FOF-1 BLACK WIDOW COM Satellites were a type of mobile satellite used by UNSC prowlers, like the Dusk. BLACK WIDOWs could be deployed anywhere, and would act as carriers for messages, effectively making them mobile COMSats.
